Harris County Commissioners Court has designated the following individual as the DBE Liaison Officer (DBELO): Mr. Gene Simeon of the Harris County Community Services Department (HCCSD), 8410 Lantern Point, Houston, Texas 77054, 832-927-4833.
In that capacity, Mr. Simeon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the DBE and Small Business program and ensuring that HCCSD complies with all provisions of 49 CFR Part 26.
