Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program

Transportation services are available for any non-emergency medical appointment at no cost to HCMP clients. This service is only for medical necessity trips such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatments, and other medical appointments. This program is separate from ADA Paratransit Service, which is available in conjunction with our fixed route bus service.

Eligibility

  • Must be a Harris County resident and reside in the HCMP service area
  • Must be 62 or older, or disabled
  • Must provide a valid ID, proof of residency, and/or disability status
  • Must complete intake packet and provide supporting documentation

Area of Service

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services are provided at no charge to eligible Harris County residents who live in the unincorporated areas of East Harris County that are in the HCMP service area and do not have access to METRO Bus or ADA programs.
