​Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program

Transportation services are available for any non-emergency medical appointment at no cost to HCMP clients. This service is only for medical necessity trips such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatments and other medical appointments. This program is separate from any ADA Paratransit Service which is available in conjunction with our fixed route bus service.

Eligibility

  • Must be a Harris County resident and reside in the HCCSD service area
  • Must be 62 and older or disabled 
  • Must provide a valid ID, proof of residency and/or disability status
  • Must complete intake packet and provide supporting documentation


Area of Service

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation services are provided at no charge to eligible Harris County residents that live in the unincorporated areas of Harris County that are in the HCCSD service area and do not have access to Metro Bus or ADA programs. The following 20 service area communities are listed below:
